Our SUP Core and Strength Class is a mix of land and water exercises guided by our Paddlefit and WPA coach Gio Mola.

This class aims to better our paddling technique by reinforcing those muscles we use the most correctly, thus minimizing the risk of injures and creating a strong base and core for the best paddling experience possible.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a race junkie or just want to always paddle close to the group on longer trips, this is the perfect class for you.

Cost: $35 per person, per session (Includes equipment)

Members Cost: $15.00 per person, per session (Includes equipment)
